Baby goats!!!!!!!!!!!

Last Wednesday Calliope had babies!! She had a boy and a girl. The boy who was born firsts name is Giles. He is white with some blackish-brown spots. He had a harder birth because only one of his legs was forward when he was born. The girl was born second. Her name is La la Lola ( it is like that so it is four syllables long). She had both feet forward so she had a very easy birth. Lola is a light brown with a dark strip down her back, with a white and black head. She also has white legs with black knee pads on her front legs. They were small but are getting bigger and eating a lot and soon I probably won't be able to pick them up. They are very cute!!

Wednesday

This morning for breakfast I had a tortilla with sausage, egg, cheese, and sour cream on it. After breakfast I did three chapters of math. I went out and helped with the barn chores and saw Eeyore. Then I checked my grammar and did a couple of pages from that book.

Eeyore was all crazy today. He would start jumping and flipping around all crazy every time another goat sneezed or did anything. He also would butt the fence post until we would give him pets and talk to him. When we stopped he would start butting again.

I have had a cold since Saturday and have been sneezing, coughing, and blowing my nose all day.

We had AWANA tonight 6:30 to 8:00. Then we came home and now I'm writing this Blog post.

Eeyore Bubby

My goat Eeyore is two years old. He is so cute and cuddly and he will give you kisses. He likes to sit on laps, even though he is too big. His body is gray with a brown line down his back, his head is also gray with white eye brows. Eeyore has his own house in the barn made out of pallets. He is very good at getting out and breaking it. His feeder is an old recycle bin. It's full of hay because he likes to lay in the feeder. He has seizures every once in a while so he has three candies in the morning, three at night, and has a scoop of rabbit food twice a day (I put it on top of his hay so he eats his hay too!) Yesterday night, my Dad and I were bringing in a bale of hay and he stood in his feeder, jumped up on his wall and hopped down on the other side so he was out in the barn. He goes out in the corral almost every day. He actually likes to graze and some days he likes to butt the the fence post. I can go out and talk to him and when I go back in he'll already be butting the post again. We say that he is teaching that post a lesson and it is slow learner.

Eeyore is my little goat. He is gray, brown, white and very cute. He goes outside almost every day. His house is made of pallets that we nailed together. Some days he is out of his house when we come out in the morning. Last week he broke out of his house twice, the first time he just knocked offthe door, a few days later he just opened it up like a set of double doors! Here is what it looks like from the outside.

Goat babys!

This last week we have had 8 baby goats! The first two are Zeke, a little boy, and Gabrella, a girl. Maggie is their mom. They are white and Zeke has a black spot by his ear and a few on his leg. They are good sized goats. Then later that night Elizabeth had Sneezerita, a girl, on Monday. She is all white and has big, beautiful, bug eyes. She is as big as Zeke. Wednesday, Calliope had a boy we named Charlie. His fur is brownish colored. Millie had Joe next, also brownish and a very big boy. Saturday, Desdemona had two little girls, Eleanora and Anastasia. Anastasia is mostly white and Eleanora is brown. She is my favorite and the cutest one of the new goats. They are both small but Eleanora is the smallest of the two. Then on Monday Veronica had Rubyanna. She is white.

Meet the goats!

We have 8 goats Elisabeth, Millie, Maggie, Eeyore, Klaus, Veronica, Desdemona, and Calyape. This is a picture of Elisabeth she is 5 years old and very sweet to people but has to have her own pen.

Millie and Maggie are both 4 years old Millie is a very naughty goat and has found out how to open the rabbit feeders, Maggie is almost always the last on in the barn at night and loves to run outside the barn if you forget to close the gate. Eeyore is my little goat from this springs babes his mom did not want him so I took him in. He is a very loving goat and loves to get lots back. Klaus is 3 year old buck he is very friendly and does not but people so that is why he is our buck. Veronica is a 2 year old loner you might say she is very sweet but timid she is the bottom of the ranks and lays low so she does not get butted. Desdemona is from this spring also she is very cute and loving and loves to be rubbed on the forehead. Caiyape is 2 years old and is crafty at getting over fences and into trouble.

B is for baby. G is for goat and guess. Can you guess what we had? I'll give you a clue it's two words. The first one starts with a B and ends with a Y. The second word starts with a G the and ends with a S. They are also cute. Can you guess? Baby Goats!! A little girl and a little boy. They are so cute! The girl has a big black spot on the back of her neck. The little boy looks like it is black spotted all over. Eyeore has two brothers and two sisters he is the second oldest! We have baby goats comming out are ears we have so manyof them but they are so cute!

Babys,Babys,Babys!

Hi! This is me and me is I Lilly Anne. Today our goat had her first baby goats! One is all white the other is gray and black. The gray and black one is inside right now because we could not get it to nurse on the mom. We are calling it Eyeore for now because all I called it was "little guy" he drinks A LOT!

They are both boys and are very cute
